THE CHALLENGE

mōsō faced a growing eco-conscious market where standing out was increasingly difficult. While their bamboo paper was already environmentally friendly, their goal was to ensure every aspect of the product - from packaging to printing - aligned with their commitment to sustainability.

THE OUTCOME

We aimed to establish mōsō as a leading brand in the sustainable stationery market, we developed a comprehensive strategy and a distinctive visual identity that aligned with the brand’s mission. Our work included:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

We defined mōsō’s mission, vision, and values, conducted in-depth audience research, and developed detailed buyer personas. By analysing competitors and mapping opportunities, we shaped a clear brand positioning and differentiation strategy. Finally, we created a consistent tone of voice framework to guide messaging and storytelling.

Visual Identity Development

We developed mōsō’s visual identity by designing a minimalist logo, crafting a colour palette inspired by natural aesthetics, and selecting typography that balances modern simplicity with warmth. A cohesive iconography system, distinct imagery style, and thoughtful packaging design ensured brand consistency and reinforced their sustainable values.

Web Design & Digital Presence

We designed a strong digital presence by creating homepage and product page mockups that blended seamless UX/UI with brand storytelling. A dedicated web style guide ensured visual consistency and usability across platforms, while custom social media templates maintained cohesion across all marketing channels.
